How do I know if I’m eligible for help from StartUX?

To be eligible, your company needs to be based in London. That means you have a registered or trading address in London listed at Companies House.

Also, you’ll need to be creating a digital-only product, like an app, web platform, hardware or software, computer game or virtual reality environment.

You won’t be eligible if you’re an online shop selling physical items (shoes or bags, for example) a website for consultancy services or similar.

Plus:

• Your company should employ no more than 250 people
• Your annual turnover should be no more than £43m
• Your balance sheet should be no more than £36m
• You should not be a subsidiary of a larger business

I’m eligible. How do I sign up?

Just fill in our registration form.We’ll need some basic information and a brief statement about your company. You should also tell us the services you’d like to receive. We’ll check your application and get back to you.

How many hours are included?

We’re funded to supply qualifying companies with at least 12 hours’ UX support. In some cases, we may be able to provide more, or recommend working with City Interaction Lab.
